Why we started

Window film has a reputation problem in Utah, and it was earned. A generation of cheap dyed film went on thousands of houses, turned purple, bubbled at the edges, and left homeowners convinced that tint is something you do to a car, not a home. Meanwhile the people who most needed it — anyone with a west-facing wall of glass and a July electric bill — were told their only option was replacing the windows.

We built Sleek around the opposite premise: premium film, installed precisely, warrantied for life, quoted honestly. Not the cheapest roll on the shelf and not a hard sell. If film is not the right answer for a particular pane, we say so at the estimate.

What we do not compromise on

Premium film

Top-tier materials, engineered for real heat, UV and glare performance — not just a darker window. Our solar films reject up to 71% of solar heat and block 99% of ultraviolet light, and they carry a manufacturer warranty behind ours.

Trust and integrity

Honest quotes, a warranty that means what it says, and real support after the install rather than only before it. The number the rep gives you is the number you pay.

Performance

Tested and proven in Utah’s actual extremes. We get 100°F afternoons and single-digit inversion mornings in the same calendar year, and the right film handles both ends rather than optimising for one.

Precision

Clean edges, tight seams, controlled prep and correct cure time. Most film failures are install failures, which is the whole reason we can afford to warranty the labor for life.

Local, and staying that way

We are a mobile service business — we come to you, so there is no showroom and no published street address. Every quote is done at your property, because you cannot judge a film sample under fluorescent shop lighting; you judge it against your own glass, in your own light, facing your own view.

Residential and commercial, same standard

Roughly half our work is homes — comfort, energy bills, fading, and privacy without losing the view. The other half is offices, retail, clinics and multi-site portfolios, where the priorities shift to security and safety film, portfolio-wide energy cost reduction and installs phased so tenants never lose use of a floor. The film, the crew standard and the warranty are the same either way.
