Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Sleek Window Film Solutions (“Sleek”). By using the site or requesting an estimate you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates and quotes
On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. A quote covers only the windows measured and the film specified at the time it is given, and remains valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise in writing. There is a $500 minimum per job. If we discover a condition during installation that materially changes the work — a failed seal, an already-cracked pane, previously installed film needing removal — we will stop and speak with you before proceeding rather than adjusting the invoice afterwards.
Scheduling and access
Installation requires reasonable access to the interior side of the glass and a clear working area in front of each window. Where a property is subject to HOA, landlord or building-management approval, obtaining that approval is the customer’s responsibility. We are happy to supply film specifications to support an application.
Performance figures
Figures are industry-typical ranges for solar and Low-E window film, not a guarantee for your specific home. Actual savings depend on window orientation, existing glass, and local energy rates.
Break-in figures reflect commonly cited FBI-sourced industry statistics on forced-entry burglary and time-to-deter.
Heat rejection, UV rejection and light transmission figures are the manufacturer’s published values for the film in question. Real-world results depend on glass type, orientation, shading, building construction and occupant behaviour.
Warranty
Installed film is covered by The Sleek Promise: a lifetime warranty on both film and labor for as long as you own the window, covering bubbling, peeling, delamination, discolouration, adhesive failure and loss of rated UV performance. It does not cover damage caused after installation, including scratches, impact damage, abrasive or ammonia-based cleaning, or pressure washing directly against the film.
Glass breakage is not covered by the standard warranty. An optional glass breakage protection add-on covering thermal-stress cracks is available for an additional cost and must be purchased at the time of installation.
Warranty coverage transfers with the window only where Sleek has confirmed it in writing. To make a claim, contact info@sleektint.com or (801) 769-0975.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms are set out on your quote. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an installation so the crew’s day can be reassigned; material cut to size for a specific job may be chargeable if cancelled after fabrication.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount paid for the affected installation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. The terms in force when your quote was issued are the ones that apply to your job.
