Who we are
This site is operated by Sleek Window Film Solutions (“Sleek”, “we”, “us”), a window film installation business serving Utah. You can reach us at info@sleektint.com or (801) 769-0975.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us and what a website necessarily sees.
- Information you submit. When you use the estimate or contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, city, property details and message you enter. All of it is optional except the fields marked required, and we ask for nothing we do not need to quote your job.
- Scheduling information. If you book a visit through the embedded scheduler, the details you enter go to our scheduling provider, Calendly, and then to us.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, for security and aggregate traffic statistics.
We do not collect payment card details through this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule an on-site estimate
- To prepare and honour a quote, and to service a warranty claim later on
- To keep records required for tax, insurance and warranty purposes
- To protect the site against abuse and spam submissions
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We do not send marketing email to people who only asked a question.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the business: our website host and form handler (Netlify), our scheduling provider (Calendly), and our email provider. Each receives only what is necessary. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
Cookies and analytics
The pages of this site do not set advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded scheduler is a third-party widget and may set its own cookies once it loads — it loads only if you scroll to it, and only then. Third-party fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address as part of serving them.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests and contact messages are retained for as long as we may need them to service a quote or a warranty claim, which given the lifetime nature of our warranty can be a long time. You may ask us to delete your information at any point, subject to any records we are legally obliged to keep.
Your choices
Email info@sleektint.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to opt out of any future contact. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect specifically so that there is little to lose.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
